They need to fix their app . I ordered on the app for pick up at the curb. When I arrived all seemed normal however the store was actually closed for owner transfer after sitting in the spot for about 20 all together more like a half hour only for some kid to come out and hand me a gift card. Normally I'd just let this go however when I complained this kid called me a Liar when I asked how he intended to compensate for the time that was wasted being a half hour which he replied it hadn't been a half hour and he walked away from our vehicle. In my opinion this should never happened and if for some reason it does McDonalds needs to do better

I am watching a man slave over providing me the perfect fries, just after taking a bullet for me in Vietnam.
He said to me "I'm gonna get you home soldier" and proceeded to carry me 1.7 million miles across the Sahara Desert, to the place where we stand tonight.
I said to him "sir, you don't have to keep going, I will be okay".
Derrick, in all his grace, whispered to me "worry not, dear child - your fries await you. Perfect as can be."
It was in this moment that I knew that this man deserves a promotion. Give it to him. He has earned it through blood, sweat, and tears. He crossed the Pacific, scaled Everest into Valhalla, and has proven to all humanity that even if the milkshake machine is broken, he WILL give you THE perfect fries.

The cheeseburger was old and dried out. It was made wrong. But the fries were good for a change. Yes I use to work there as a shift manager. They really need to get there act together.
