The drive through employee is obviously high or something cause we had to repeat our selfs multiple times we understand if you can’t hear but multiple times is to much get the headset fixed or pay attention 🤷🏻‍♀️ edit we had to wait almost 20 minutes or more in the drive through line it’s absolutely ridiculous not to mention that the cashier wasn’t at the window Service: 1

Called in to replace an order because i was missing food, got put on hold, hung up on and received the nastiest attitude after calling back, mind you I was not rude at all on the phone. If you don't like your job then quit.

what the hell?! who are you guys hiring these kids are on their phones, my twelve year old can do a better and faster job than them. their in there messing around with each other, this isnt fast food anymore. waiting 15 minutes in drive thru. also asked for extra salt, no salt!
