Ordered a mobile order for my kids and their friend after the dance. Order was for table service, dine in. You can see that on the sticker that goes with the order. Instead the girl just calls out "mobile order for John". I informed her it was dine in and was supposed to be table service, she just said sorry. Upon inspection of the food I noticed the half full fries. I questioned her about that to which she replied, they have to weigh the fries before serving them. They started last week. I miss the days when someone would great you and ask "what can I do for you" when you walk in. I'm not a fan of just order from the kiosk while the staff hides in the back. When you eat inside, sometimes they bring your food to the table and sometimes they just yell out your number and you have to some up and get it even tho you took a table number thing. They never bring ketchup or straws when they do bring your food and when you ask for anything, it's seems like such a bother. Food is always cold, they screw up orders and refuse to correct it properly and they actually put food I brought back to correct back up into the warmer. Very gross. They only care about doing the bare minimum. It used to be the best but its gotten worse daily for the last 6 months. Worst McD's in the area. I will never come back.
