I ordered for curbside. I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for my food while cars went and came back. I have kids so I ask for curbside orders to not have to get down but I had my kids crying in the car waiting for over 30 minutes. Went to pick up my curbside order and the girl working curbside yelled at my husband. After we got home I saw we were missing an item so I called the restaurant ( I wasn't going to bring up the girl yelling at my husband) and told the manager I was missing something from my order I gave her my order number and she hung up on me ! I called back a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. Since the voicemail get sent to both the supervisor of the store and restaurant I went ahead and left one telling my experience. The people I have spoken to on the intercom are extremely rude and clearly unhappy. I understand that sometimes life throws us lemons but my goodness these people have no direction and clearly poor leadership. I suggest the owner taking some time to visit his location so that he can see how rude and unwelcoming his staff is. I would also suggest staff taking a crash course on customer service. The manager was no different, when i spoke to her she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips saying uh huh... I understand that sometimes customers can be difficult, but each customer is different. You never know what type of day a person is having so be kind, respectful, polite and professional. I was planning a funeral and it would have been nice to have had a kind voice on the other end. Well... they made my order wrong today and didn't include cheese to my burger in my kids meal. I did it at the kiosk btw of a happy meal with my 6,000 points and it was a hamburger with light onions, extra pickles, add shredded lettuce and light mayo with extra kids fries and a small drink. I forgot to let them know of my drink which I already reached home and noticed it. I checked in my happy meal and noticed I got apple slices instead of extra kid fries and my hamburger came with cheese which I didn't order cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so imma eat it still since I don't wanna drive back and stuff since it's free. Just let them know to check before sending it out. I understand there was the dinner rush happening as well. ;; I ain't mad btw just :( that my burger came with cheese 😞 so now imma risk it 🤣 Service Take out

I love McDonald's because how convenient it can be especially how the app has GREAT deals.! But now im afraid to even use my app at this location because free fries equal COLD SOGGY FRIES.! For the time I waited I didn't even want to go back & be that customer especially since it was free.

I ordered through the app so I customized my burgers. I made it with NO ONIONS and it had lots of onions. I ordered a homestyle burger and added cheese but they didn't put cheese! You would think they would actually READ the orders placed through their app but apparently they don't. I'm posting a pic to show how horrible my burger was put together, half the cheese was OFF the burger! Avoid this place there's better food across the street!
