The food was pretty good and everything was fine but the customer service need severe improvement! I walked up to the counter to place an order for coffee and when I initially started talking to the girl she stood as far back from the counter as possible so I didn’t know if I was supposed to order from her or not, and when I did finally speak up to order she didn’t look up once, mumbled the entire time, made exasperated sighs when I would ask her to repeat herself because she was talking so low I couldn’t he her. Then once she was done taking my order she made her co-worker take my money like the whole interaction was a waste of her time. Lmaoooo please teach y’all’s workers people skills and maybe somehuman decency and kindness. Good food tho!!

At this location they make sure to go out of their way to make sure you know your an inconvenience. Want the drink you paid for, ugh fine I guess. Want ketchup packets for your large fries and dry double cheeseburger, ugh ok (hands me two packets, then disappears. Good luck trying to get a refill since McDonald's took that away. Just one very pleasant and sweet employee here. Spanish woman that usually works the register.

I absolutely love my little plant City McDonald's, the one on Jim Redman that is. in the morning I have the best dream team and I really love Simon who works in the afternoon he just brightens my whole day I love the Innocence I love the fact that our plant City McDonald's incorporates the handycapable. ❤️❤️ Hands down the best frappes made here

I haven't been to this mcdonalds in a while since I moved 25 miles away, but I am here tonight and 1st... it's updated... nice.. but the mngmt neeeeeds to hire people who WANT to work. Staff was lazy!!! Lobby was unclean, and not one person was smiling. This was a TERRIBLE visit!!! If not for the one guy (simon) who works in drive-through who's been here for about 20 years... I would never come back. His sweet demeanor and kindness will be the only reason I return.
