Not very friendly service we got at the drive through. The lady that helped us with the checkout at drive through on 12/21 around 10 PM was not very nice with us. After she gave our food, we asked in a very very gentle and soft tone “Can I get two ranch” . She immediately corrected us saying “Can I please get two ranch, you need to put a please in there”. We felt humiliated and correcting us wasn’t even necessary when we were very soft and gentle at the first place. It was not on purpose that we missed to add a please, We didn’t even realize until the lady pointed that out. Only to realize she didn’t even give us the right food we ordered and was missing an item once we got home. Would not be coming back here. Its McDonald's. Not what they used to be, worse than what they where. Very expensive for what you get. At one time in history McDonald's was an ok place for a quick, cheap meal. Ordered drive through for a breakfast meal and they did not inform me that they ran out of sausage. Discovered when I got home that they didn’t put any sausage on my McGriddle sandwich or with my pancakes. Poor communication and service. Do not recommend. ALEXANDRA OR ALESSANDRA not sure how her name is spelled she was VERY RUDE! I wanted over 5 mins at the speaker and she choose to handle the drive that came AFTER me on the next speaker. I had a mobile order and tried to tell her that at the window and she wouldn’t listen at all to not one word I had to say she kept talking over me and screaming. Came to a point that she turned her back to me and ignored me as if I was never there. I been going to this place for 10 years never experienced anything like this or close I actually get along with all the girls there and never had a bad experience. I was trying to tell her the speaker was not working and she cut me off and would scream and say “is work is work” barely understood anything she was saying she said “lobby lobby” like huh? I didn’t a drive thru order for a reason my son was hungry and it’s the ONLY REASON I ALLOWED HER TO SPEAK TO ME IN ANY FORM OR ANY DISRESPECT. If you hate your job that’s on you you’re not obligated to work there and McDonald get better employees who aren’t rude to customers and listen to customers and don’t cut them off when you are trying to explain something. I worked in retail my whole life so I know what good customer service is and if I was to ever treat anyone the way she treated me I would of immediately been fire. I will follow up with an email to corp as well it’s not right how she treats people and should be held accountable I hope you guys hold her accountable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I only come here for their Unsweet Iced Tea with lemon wedges. Iced Tea was great. This location was more expensive than the other Marlborough McDonald's on Maple Street or Framingham Rte 9 or Hudson on Washington Street. The taxes are probably higher...? Super rude manager!!!! I am a door dash driver and went through the drive thru to pick up an order because on the door dash instructions it said to go through the drive thru and the manager kept giving me attitude telling me to go through the front and being super rude when I was already at the window…. I don’t understand what’s so hard to give the order if I’m already at the drive thru window, and the instructions SPECIFICALLY said “go through drive thru to pick up the order” It's frustrating when people don't do their job properly and treat others with respect. I hope they learn a lesson and become kinder in the future. Service: 1
