Both times I have been here it was 30+ minutes to get a mobile order completed. Insane wait times for a fast food restaurant. Both times my kids were screaming in the car waiting because they were so hungry. The staff at this location can’t seem to be able to handle a simple chicken nugget and French fry order. Was strange to see a McDonald’s with such a dreary interior. Very dull - sewer pipes painted on the walls? Not inviting at all. If they didn’t have the playroom - kids would not want to be there. Self service? Touch screens? That is really germy and the ln get your good? So you have to go wash your hands and your food is cold. We did not eat. Really not what we expected at a McDonalds.

Ordered with the app. Went inside at 9:53 p.m. received food just before 10 p.m. Almost finished eating at 10:10 p.m. Was told by the shift supervisor that we would have to leave so the lobby could be cleaned. Advised his manager told him to tell us to leave. I asked if he told his manager that we were actively eating in the lobby. He said he didn't want to get in trouble. Was in the restaurant about a week ago finishing eating shortly after 10:00 p.m. but was not asked to leave. Very poor customer service!!!!
