This place is disgusting. I literally just watched a (male) MANAGER spray whipped cream into one of the employee's mouths while making my DRINKS! I asked for a refund, and they ignored me, then opened a new can of whipped cream and just handed me the drinks. The other manager, female, was in the restroom. Got a McDouble with lettuce and mayo added and a medium fry. Sandwich was made correctly and fries were hot like they had been made fresh. Didn’t have to wait too long for the food. This is the worst Mc Ds I've been to they messed up my entire order every single item and all I got was a plain chicken sandwich which wasn't plain next I got apple slices first I was told they don't sell apple slices at Mc ds amd I asked then y is it on ur menu...then when I got my order they didn't give me my apple slices my last item was a med frap with extra drizzle no whip I got a frap woth no drizzle and whip cream... most the staff is rude and won't acknowledge you and let's top this off with I was on my 30min lunch for work and this experience took about 40 mins for 3 simple items absolutely ridiculous I will never go to this location again and would advise everyone to go somewhere else Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visit the McDonald's at 1695 Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek, MI 49037 2-3 times a week with flawless drive thru service. Today I order my regular, 2 Sausage Biscuits with no cheese or eggs. When I drive home and get ready for breakfast, I find 2 English muffins with cheese and sausage. Bad service means no food. You can't scrape off cheese and imagine it's on a bisquit. When it was convenient, I went back to McDonald's and Megan says she is the Manager and refuses to refund my $4.54. I had a picture of the food and the receipt and she blows off a great customer. I now want a refund and an apology. I can't believe that Magan is trained to be rude to a Customer with a complaint. I realize Megan and accountability is nonexistent. Mcdonalds and Megan have failed and underestimated in dealing with this Senior Citizen. Looks like. Training opportunity for this local McDonald's. I hope to hear from you soon. I ordered 3 McDoubles had to pull forward and wait 10 mins to only get home and the hamburger is pink. What a disappointment smh, It may be safe to eat hamburger pink if it has reached 160 degrees however I highly doubt this one did it was barley Luke warm my house it 2 mins from McDonald's it should have been hot..

So much for a crispy Chicken meal.. I asked for a large meal & got a medium fry😑 as I hear the guy at the window say “should I just send it out?” & the lady in the back say “just send it out!!” THANK YOU MCDONALDS.. I appreciate the 10 minute wait for a medium fry & a 1 pickle sandwich.. DELICIOUS😑😑

I called to check on my application process for work, they said they'd call me in a week, never did, called today and the woman said "hang on a sec" when I asked and just hung up on me. Guess they don't need workers that bad despite telling me during the interview they needed people really bad especially for night shift. Hope this place gets shut down Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
