I visited this location last Thursday morning to pick up breakfast. Unfortunately, they were having multiple staffing issues and were unable to fulfill orders without an explanation. They didn’t place a sign on the drive through speaker notifying customers of their issues. I walked inside and I could hear the fake manager Angelica yelling, having a temper tantrum, rudely cursing/yelling at Krissy and refusing to help her. What kind of manager yells at staff, refuses to provide assistance and disrespects customers?! The real manager was not present and Krissy was drowning trying to help customers to the best of her ability. I will not visit this location again. Angelica should not have her position, I witnessed her yelling and cursing at Krissy in my presence and she needs serous training or termination. Absolutely disgusted by the service here. I had pulled up to get dinner and order simple food but to find out the ice cream machine was shut down early this evening to make closing up quicker. So I had them remove my coupon for the $1.29 fries. Went to the next location to find out my fries coupon was never credited back to me even though I never used it in the first place. Went without dinner as they didn’t want to honor me at the following location as well. Awful service from both Menard ave and Westowne ave. I just cannot believe how bad McDonald's food quality has gotten. Hamburgers are basically a bun with ketchup(and my bun tasted like something I can't even explain) and my filet of fish extra tarter was a HUGE mess of dripping tarter. Not 1 napkin in bag! I ordered two breakfast bagels.. because they’re BACK! I was so excited, when my food was delivered my order was missing my hash brown, AND the second sandwich was BURNT. Disappointed at the product quality. Mc Donald’s is a go to for consistency. There is no excuse for an employee to even consider serving this to a customer. I’ve been to this location multiple times, usually it was good but this time there was no ice in my drink, cold fries, and only gave me 8 nuggets instead of 10. Probably will not come to this location.

If you want your food completely wrong go this this location! Multiple times I go here and order something and it’s like you guys completely ignore it. It’s honestly so frustrating and annoying to deal with this almost every single time I go to this location. Do better!
