Horrible drive thru! Waiting over 30 min for a nugget meal because every car kept getting pushed out to wait in parking spots. What's worse is that they made their one runner miserable by having to deal with all the customers that had been waiting just as long as I had. Arriving at 1045am..the ordering displays were still offering breakfast to which I started my order. It kept accepting my order so I kept ordering and when I was going to start the order for my husband, I heard a voice from behind the counter that breakfast wasn't being served any longer. Totally messed up my cravings. We place our lunch order and go sit. The tables had not been cleaned. The floors were sticky. They bring out our food about 10 minutes later but missing my drink. To which I point to the receipt and ask for my drink. The soda I wanted was not available. A while later I heard another customer complaining about his order and whomever was tending to his concern, just yells out JUSTIN YOU GAVE THE WRONG ORDER TO THIS MAN. Very unprofessional. Cubside the worst they take so long to deliver and customers service forget it the most terrible McDonald’s I’ve been too. The night manager seems to not even care about their customers either I over heard her arguing with a customer about not receiving their food. My suggestion is don’t come here. Go elsewhere.
