Staff are not friendly at all. The lady at the window was so mean to the young girl because she got my drink wrong. I made up for it by telling the young lady thank you so much and have a good day. I go here for breakfast a few times a week. This could be one of the best ran McDonald's I have ever been to try he staff is always very nice and clean... And my food is always hot and order correct. I went inside to place an order for 1 lg caramel frappe with xtra caramel drizzle. I finished ordering my order within 10 seconds at the kiosk. I had 1 lady in front of me who was waiting on a water. Now this was at around 9:30-10a.m., so they were kind of busy. The drive-thru was moving, I seen a coworker make 4 frappes for them. Most of these kid employees were too distracted watching another kid handout paychecks at the front counter to all the employees on and off the clock. Since when do you hand pay checks out to employees on the clock and not in the back office? 🤔 They need a stronger leader if you ask me. Moral of the story.... I waited patiently for 15 mins., but had to get a refund because I couldn't make myself late to my meeting. Date was: Wed. Feb.14, 2024 In my experience with going inside these days, NO MATTER how long the drive thru is and how dead the inside is, NEVER GO INSIDE! I'll never make this mistake again. I have always had a few problems in the past with this location but today was terrible. Got a happy meal for my brother in law who has downs syndrome. When he checked his sandwich after eating his fries we were already miles away on the interstate. It was just a bun! Nothing else! How can you be so dense to forget even the patty on a sandwich! I could almost understand if the store was busy but there were no cars in the drive through! And this is also after we waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot after ordering online. They only started making our food when we brought up the fact that we had been waiting for 30 minutes outside. This store should just close its door permanently at this point because I know we are not the only people having issues. I see a lot of negative reviews so I will share my experience. I don’t really do a lot of reviews especially on fast food restaurants because for the most part they are all the same to me with the exception of Chick-fil-a or Canes. But I am a restaurant manager in the area and I got off around 1:00 am. I decided to just run through the drive through. The guy at the window asked me to hold for a moment which was fine considering I didn’t know what I wanted. I hardly ever eat McDonalds because the food is ALWAYS cold no matter what time I go, mainly the fries. When he did take my order he was friendly and had a great attitude. Which is very important to point out because it’s usually the bland “What do you want”. They couldn’t care less about what you are saying. But the guy last night cracked a joke with me about not wanting sauce with my nuggets and we both started laughing. Also, when I pulled off, I grabbed my fries, expecting the normal room temperature if you’re lucky, cardboard sticks. But my fries were so hot that I actually had to wait for them to cool down a little. My chicken nuggets weren’t at as hot but I have definitely had way worse. I also had a double cheeseburger with no onions. Usually when I order that I get onions. And my cheeseburger was just as hot as the fries. I would say for 1 o’clock in the morning I was really impressed. Food: 5 Service: 5

The young ladies that made up this mcdonald's crew were too engrossed with what was on their phones than taking orders or cleaning up. They were immature, sloppy, and not earning their payday. Unfortunately, this is true for almost every single time I mistakenly visit this particular store. Fire 🔥 these gals. 10 people standing around I'm the only customer it took 11 minutes to get 2 greasy ridiculously sloppy in a bad way double cheeseburgers. I will avoid this store in the future. Pulled up at drive thru as only car there was pulling around. Sat there 4min. Another car pulled up at other drive thru and they started taking their order. Drove around and went in, everyone in back or at drive thru. Waited couple more min for someone to come to register. Let her know the service was poor. She took my order walked over bagged it and brought it right back. Got back in car started to eat my double cheeseburger hamburger was room temp and both slices of cheese were cold.
