Many times the owner or general manager does not insure they reorder case in point I get my wife a mocha Frappuccino every morning and the last 2 days they have no whipped cream. That is just one instance. Another time the Frappuccino machine was broken for over a week. Another case was when they did not have any domed lids for a week....
