The environment is not good. There are numerous people always loitering around. As most of the customers who dine in are students they don't feel comfortable around these people. The Spanish Mexican girl that works at night taking the orders is very rude. Didn’t greet , rushing me before I can finish my order. Interrupting me telling me to go to the next window and I wasn’t finished ordering. I went to the other window , tried speaking to the person giving me my food. The Manager didn’t come to the window to speak to me. Horrible service. No accountability. No customer service.

WORST SERVICE AND COLD/BURNT FOOD! We ordered 20 pc nuggets and a large fries. We got to the first window to pay and they didn’t acknowledge us, i had my window open and my card ready, mind you… it’s winter and cold outside, but they still didn’t care and proceeded to fully closed the door and left us waiting without saying what was happening or anything. after i while they opened it and we paid, we had to wait extra time for the food. nuggets came out cold and fries burnt! WORST SERVICE AND FOOD! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I been working for McDonald like 5yrs now and they put new everything and kick almost everyone that was working there out ! They put some new crews that they can’t even do half of the easy stuff !! This new company that took over have no idea what is going on in that store ! But thank you ex manager even though you was a mess everything was going well and for that new owner ! Congratulations ! The location of this McDonald’s is very strategic and accessible especially if you’re a student or staffer at the Univeristy of New Haven. I love to come here to just relax and enjoy the view. This McDonald’s is open 24/7 with a Drive-Thru service. There’s a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able. I was just at this location and both the girl taking my order and the other girl, putting my order in the bag were rude. One of the girls wouldn’t help me while the other girl finished packing my food and threw it on the counter. Disgusting. It’s 3 am and for a McDonalds that stays open 24 hours, I shouldn’t be served reheated food. The woman at the drive through window barely understood English & screwed up my order because i said water bottles and she tried to charge me for quarter pounders (that’s what she understood). When she gave me my total, is when I realized something was wrong. I ordered a #9 Meal & a #1 Meal with two large sweet teas & two water bottles. Both burgers were cold and my bread was so stiff it looked as if the burger was REHEATED. The French fries also were reheated, as you can see, they’re dark as if they’ve been cooking for a while or heated up multiple times. Definitely not fresh. Ps. I never received my sweet teas and i didn’t realize until we got to our destination which wasn’t close. It’s 3 am. We couldn’t eat the food it was disgusting. To top everything off, I never got a receipt so I couldn’t leave a lovely survey on her customer service, which was subpar. I would’ve loved to speak to someone higher up. This was for sure my first and last time visiting this location.
