Order food around 8 pm through mobile app, get there around 8:30 when the lobby closes, instructed to go to drive through. I go to drive through, I’m asked for receipt of order, told employee I did mobile order, then told that because I don’t have receipt I don’t get my food ?? I then pull up to the window & show my mobile order receipt & still denied my food because “i ordered after lobby hours” when the drive through closes at 9:30. I completely understand not wanting to do more tasks at closing but I ordered before closing, extremely disappointed in this service. Still told I can order at the drive through how considerate.
