The truth is that you will really enjoy good cheeseburgers and nicely cooked fish. This fast food has good iced coffee or good lemonade among its drinks. McDonald's is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The enjoyable atmosphere has been highlighed by the visitors. The person taking the order is always super awesome 😎 no matter what time of evening they make you park and wait....the signs say curbside....not curbside just never quick at getting food out. Yet another wonderfully maintained and staffed McDonald's in the city of Kenosha. Everytime I interact with the staff at this McDonald's it is always a pleasant experience. Everything down to the restrooms are kept clean, bright, and welcoming. I decided to give the golden arches one last shot today after countless disappointments. I was left hungry because the chicken I was served is so tough I can't chew through it and the small bite I managed to get was gristle. I generally use the Mobile App for my orders however, EVERY TIME I go to this restaurant I end up having to park and have them bring my order out to me. Why? What is the benefit of ordering ahead with the app if you end up having to wait on average about 10 minutes for the food to be brought out to you? The worst part is that by the time the food is finally brought out, the majority of the time the food is cold! So much for living up to the term "fast food". This McDonald's is by far, and consistently, the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. At least this time (most of) the employees were actually polite and appeared to actually appreciate the customers. This location claims to be open 24 hours. But don't be surprised if they tell you that they are closed. Especially late at night. I've had many unfortunate experiences waiting in a line of cars that don't move. Until they try to reverse and try to escape being parked in a closed drive-through, that is supposed to be a 24-hour operation. What a joke. Way to go, McDonald's! Epic fail.
