Have been to this location several times and have always had good service. Sure there have been some bumps along the way but the managers have always made it right. Can't be easy serving so many people while learning on the job and having so much angst from a lot of customers these days. We don't eat McDonalds much anymore. We came to the drive thru for a milkshake. Mine was runny and melted. Apparently they made it to fast and my wait in the line took a long time. Maybe they should consider walking a milkshake out to you in the line instead of making it and leave it sitting out to melt for 5+ minutes. Food: 1 Service: 1

Ordered 2 biscuits. 1 a meal and 1 by itself. The meal I ordered a frappe with it. They handed me the food, then parked me for 30 minutes. I ended up going inside to store to speak to management and they gave me a full refund and let me keep the food as well as offered to make the frappe for me. We waited 15 minutes for my order in the lobby. I heard the manager complain to an employee for coming in with his shirt untucked and I saw people way after me get their food before me. Meanwhile I have a one year old looking for her Chicken McNuggets. So many teenagers in the back and the manager cannot coordinate making my order. Did she have to buy the chicken to make my spicy McChicken Sandwich?? I got my refund and now my daughter is enjoying her Chicken McNuggets at the Preston/Fairmont McDonalds. Fix the ice cream machine! I have been by several times to get a cone and it is out of order. Come on! I feel bad for the employees that have to tell everyone the machine is out of order. Post a flag with a cone outside or something with the machine is working or not... When it is working- the Ice cream is GREAT! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If this is for the McDonald’s in Spencer and red bluff they can’t even get a sweet tea right one night I went through the drive through they gave me watered down tea I took it right back in and made them give me two more while my kids food was getting cold sndh I started going to the one on red bluff and people want more money to work get peoples orders right and maybe you might deserve a penny to work

You seem to have forgotten the purpose of a drive-through and what it is for. The name itself implies its use. If I use the drive-through, I should not be parked in the parking lot and left to sit there of 15 minutes while other orders are brought out. I did not make a complicated order, nor one that should have taken 15 minutes. After going inside to retrieve my order or cancel it. The manager was not helpful and only offered excuses. This problem does not only exist with this location but all your locations. Since your food it not particularly amazing, your business is built on convenience. With your new drive-through policy, you have removed the convenience factor, leaving no reason to encourage me to come to you over any other brand.
