I’m starting to think it’s just a Baytown thing at this point. The workers are plain dumb. Sorry but they’re dumb. The lady at the speaker could not communicate at all and we had to pull up to the window to order. It seemed like English wasn’t the best language for the lady so we switched to speaking Spanish which they said they spoke and still could not communicate. Our whole order was trashed, even when we finally got the lady to repeat it back correctly she had keyed an entirely different order into the system. We asked to speak to the manager once we got our disaster of an order and it was the same thing, couldn’t speak English, couldn’t speak Spanish? We also asked them to scan our app to get us the rewards points and that definitely didn’t happen lol. The staff was extremely rude from the drive thru worker all the way to the manager. We ended up just giving up and taking the messed up order home. What does Baytown put in the water here man?? A good food experience in Baytown is truly rare! What did you guys put in my drink? There is hard white stuff floating in the bottom of the drink. I fished one of them out and put it on the lid, looks like an oat but smells like menthol. Best to just stay away from this location. Service has always been an issue, their speaker never works and you have to repeat your order 3-6 times, and now apparently cleanliness is an issue as well. The cashier barely spoke any English. Communication was horrible. We had to get a manager to complete our order so it would be right. The fries were wilted when we got them, so I knew they were old. The hamburger patty was dry, and my husband's fish sandwich was a joke. The fish patty didn't cover half of the already small bun, and the cheese covered only half of the fish patty. I wouldn't expect that sandwich to fill up a two year old, much less a grown man. The price went UP DOUBLE, from a few months ago, but the food quantity and quality have gone DOWN more than that. If you are on any kind of budget, I do NOT recommend any kind of fast food restaurants at this time. A regular burger, fry, and drink (medium-sized) will cost $10 dollars or more. Got here at 5am, got an error trying to check in. The drive through moved pretty fast and the food was hot. None of the parking lights were lit so it gave me an uneasy feeling. I said thank you twice to the guy working the drive through and he didn’t say a single word back. Hopefully he’s just having a bad day.

We rarely go to McDonald's, my kid likes Pokemon cards, and now for a period of time, their kid's meal comes with 4 Pokemon cards. So we got the kid's meal, we were going to order some ice cream cones, but it wasn't available. However we got our order pretty quick, my kid was happy. When we came in, a young lady at the counter took our order. She was friendly and competent. The dining area is very nicely updated, chic and very appealing - and impressively clean. There appears to be a lady who was in-charge of keeping the place clean because the whole time that we were there, she was there doing her job; even the restrooms were nice and clean. Our food and beverages tasted good. This location is right off of I-10 and is right next to a Shell station.

Of all the times I've been going to McDonald's, it was the very first time that someone said Good morning, and have a wonderful day ."". The young lady who took my order thru the drive-through window added a smile on my face. I had to tell her supervisor that she provided me with excellent customer service. Bought a caramel macchiato large today. It came already mixed up. I think they shorted me an espresso shot. If they are going to charge 6 bucks for this it better be right and itit wasn’t.
