They were super rude. I told her to replace it and she like she told me I had to go drive back all the way over there. I called her again and then she put me on hold and never picked up the phone ever again. Worst Customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. They are rude and Lazy, especially the Manager. I was at the register for almost 10 minutes while they all walked by me and never acknowledged me or said good morning. The manager told the other server that the kiosk was open, pretty much telling me she doesn't want to deal with people. I was the only one there mind you. I guess they all skip wearing name tags because of the reviews. I should have left, but stayed because my son was hungry. Never again! The food is nice and how the service is but the atmosphere around there is kinda weird. There’s a guy that works there that came up to my husband and me asking if we were okay but he smelled with drugs and alcohol, kinda weird. Also the owners let the homeless get in and it smells really bad, especially in the restroom. They should do something about it.
