This was the nastiest McDonalds I have ever been in! The drink station was horrendous!! Every table was nasty and it wasn’t busy it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The food was good! The service was good! There was trash and food all over the floors. The bathrooms were gross! We didn’t use them! Coming back to talk about this specific McDonald's. Decided to give it another try and rightly regret it. The customer service is terrible, most of the times they don't even respond to you when you say thank you or ask a question. I had a curbside order and waited for my food to be delivered to me and upon delivery I think the carrier. He looked at me with a face of disgust, didn't say anything and just walked away. I understand not wanting to be at your job or having a rough day but bringing that type of energy to your job will always bring you down in the long run. Hope they can do better, but, I doubt it. Example of them failing to do the simplest of things. Ordered a Mcchicken and this is what I got paired with cold fries. That's another thing you have to deal with no matter what, cold or lukewarm fries. They literally taste like they've been microwaved Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

One of the best McDonald's locations in T-Town! It's very clean, the staff is nice and helpful. They always have everything, it's open until late. They have drive through also dine in. The place is busy most of the time but it worth it. Recommended! Service Dine in

Horrible except for the lady who gave us the food she made me feel like I was literally “Blessed by the sun” ❤️ other than that the girl who took the order was rude and only got louder when we said hold on. The pictures you see are a supposed Double Cheeseburger that’s missing one party. They also drowned it in onions and various sauces. Left survey and haven’t had a follow up since but I’m still giving it time. Overall dissatisfied..

Order 3 Mcdoubles with cheese deals. It was a few minutes after 12pm. Cost around $12.00. Both patties on all three sandwiches were burnt so bad that they were black, and none of the sandwiches were edible, and fries were not good either. Not happy at all. I’ve never gotten bad service nor any mistakes with my order until today. I ordered a nugget happy meal (everything with it was fine) also order a regular chicken sandwich meal with extra lettuce, what I got was a crispy sandwich (dry! No condiments and no offer of condiments. Could hardly chew it!) with onions. The lady at the window taking orders was so short, she kept cutting me off, she even asked me if I wanted to the crispy chicken and add lettuce and I told her no in which she responded oh just want extra lettuce on the original, and I said yes and I still didn’t get the right food. Very disappointed. The only up side to my visit was the sweet lady that handed me my order - she is always so happy and treats people with love and respect- with a smile!!! I think this place has come under different management recently. I'm not sure. But go there later at night and the food is fresh and doesn't taste like cardboard anymore. Six months ago, this place wouldn't have gotten one star from me. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Slowest McDonald’s on planet Earth. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. You are better off driving 10 minutes to another location than waiting the half hour with only 4 people in line. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
