This location is consistent for getting orders wrong. Literally 99% of the time they will give you the wrong thing or wrong condiments / set up. Came here 2/23/24 and ordered on the mobile app for drive thru pickup. They told me the order went through but they couldn’t see the actual items ordered. Was told to pull up to each window and they confirmed my order. They told me to park at the parking spot for mobile orders… waited 40-50 minutes and nothing. There was a constant stream of cars in the drive through so I couldn’t go back in and lobby was closed. Garbage location and garbage service, leave it to this location to screw up a 4 item order. Phone number doesn’t work and mobile app is still marked is incomplete. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This McDonald's seems to be very busy, especially the drive-through. Cars lined up wrapped around the parking lot and sometimes from the street. The food quality is good most of the time. I only had one incident where a young man working the drive-thru gave me about 3/4 of the drink. I asked for a bit more it took him about 2 minutes to mess with it. I got to the park and took a sip of the drink. At that moment, I realized the young man put coke, sprite, and other odd-flavored soda into my cup of drink. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager said he would talk to the young man. That was that. Half of the parking lot is used for online orders and another half for inside dining. However, there are homeless cars and trucks often parked there as well. The restaurant is open back up for business, and customers can dine in once again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The employees here are very nice and hard working. They were very nice and listened to what my family needed after a delivery company messed up. The employees are fast and have excellent customer service! They all deserve a raise and if you have it company store of the month :) you guys all rock. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I came to dine in and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come up to the front counter and take my order because the employees were too busy talking and playing around. She finally comes to take my order after I speak up and she had the most nastiest attitude Ive ever encountered . I asked for her manager and he was no help all he said was "how would you feel if you've been dealing with customers all day and it was extremely busy " well first off I used to work here at this exact location so I know how busy it gets but that doesn't give you the right to be stuck up and have an attitude towards customers because you don't know how to do your job and have proper adequate and basic customer service skills. I forgot what the manager and and cashier's name was but they should both be FIRED. I won't be returning here . Btw the food was also cold and soggy.

I was very impressed when I pulled up to the curbside pick up stall and my order was out in less than 20 seconds. That never happens! I appreciate their effort to provide great customer service. The caramel iced coffee had too much creamer but overall I had a good experience. Service: 5

Went here on 11/26 around 1:30 and the two high school aged employees were doing an AMAZING job. They were dealing with difficult customers with grace and patience. The bathroom was super clean too. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Supervisor/manager David who was working today has an outstanding attitude! I went in to cuss everyone out over a stupid hash brown and bagel sandwiches. David was calm and respectful! Even with a loooooong drive thru line on the outside and customers waiting inside for their order, he remained calm! Thank David! Whenever I buy their blended drinks they always underfill them. I wouldn’t complain if I wasn’t paying $5 for them but this is ridiculous now. This drink is supposed to be a medium size but I was given the amount of a small size. I don’t have a problem with the staff. I would just like to get what I’m paying for…. Meal type Lunch

Very rude workers. Ordered 2 meals plus an extra hash brown. Upon checking the bag, the "extra" hash brown was missing. Went back in side and I was told I had only ordered 1 meal! Now why would I order items separately when I asked for the second meal? That Mac Donalds won't be seeing me again. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The floors are mopped with the greasy kitchen mop. Just standing still, my feet begin to slowly migrate on the floor. This is from using a greasy mop, instead of using a clean mop with clean water. I felt like I was going to slip and fall and break my back, if I walked too quickly. One day, someone will slip and fall and break their hips or their back. Also, the tea is nasty. This is from not disassembling, cleaning and sanitizing the spigots on the dispensers. Tea residue builds up and goes rancid inside the spigot, and grows bacteria. Not only does it make the tea taste disgusting, but it is unhealthy to drink rancid bacteria, and one day, someone will get very sick from it. These 2 problems indicate lazy employees who chose not to follow proper cleaning procedures. Lazy people often don't wash their hands after visiting the toilet, or don't follow temperatures and expiration dates. These obvious issues are indicative of unseen issues in the kitchen and food prep area. This is a very busy restaurant, but is also open 24 hours. There are plenty of slow times in the middle of the night, for cleaning and sanitizing, instead of just standing around socializing. Pure laziness and lack of concern.
