I came for some breakfast after fasting for bloodwork and I'd have to say that the woman who have me my food at the end was the best! Blond with a great attitude and happy smile! That's what people remember and it was my 1st time going there. "You have a great day beautiful" I'm a 70 year old woman coming back from the doctor. Made my day! We went through the drive thru and the guy that was taking our order kept saying "what" after everything we said so we started yelling our order. We weren't yelling to be rude and we didn't have a tone. We yelled to be heard. He then asked, "why are you yelling at me" and we said "because it appears you can't hear us - we're trying to tell you our order". He then said " you don't have to yell, I can hear you". But really, can you? If you keep saying what after everything we say, can you hear us? He spoke in a tone and was accusatory. Incredibly frustrating and rude customer service. We ended up leaving and went to the McDonald's down the road. They were friendly and was able to focus on our order without distractions and saying "what" after everything we said. OWNER/GM KEEP THIS NIGHT CREW had nuggets a little cold. pulled around. no attitude apologetic and even gave me an apple pie for the wait. Go by again another night at 1:00am (same crew). Ordered at drive thru, Big Mac, Quarter pounder and fries. Then said no cheese on Quarter Pounder. They repeated no cheese on Quarter Pounder. Food came out and we left. Got home Quarter box said, no cheese. Opened and IT HAS TWO Slices CHEESE!!! , it was melted into the meat, had to scrape it off. Will not be back there. All this pregnant woman wanted was some hot, salty, delicious French fries and a cheese burger with extra pickles. Didn’t get either. The fries were literally hard and cold and the cheese burgers had no cheese and a single pickle on each. Wish I would have checked before getting 3 minutes in the opposite direction 😭 these people on shift tonight just don’t care. This place is never open after 12 midnight i was there during week days Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and they have always some excuse not serve food- Tuesday excuse was Cash only! Wednesday system is out for one hour! And last night told me we had little problem and we will start take orders next 30 minutes. Always some excuse not working over night! Staff has went off on on me unhinged at this location despite the upmost politeness, calm, and respectfulness. Angry staff, more than one that are real chill & cool but a good number that are just the opposite. Furthermore, Ive gotten food thats makes me want to vomit more than once. Check out the ‘vomit looking’ surprise I got that should have been a 6 piece chicken nugget box. I caught this before I drove away from the parking lot and they replaced the order but, how often do you open a nugget box at the drive through to check!?!? Plus its hard to imaging a circumstance where its not the perpetual self disgruntled employees just sabotaging the food in my opinion. Makes me wary of what any of my food from this place might contain. This place has turned off there wifi over night a few times when Ive tried to taking breaks between door dashing. Not a big deal since its there right but, its the icing on the cake to not be happy about compared to going to a different Mc’D Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered my food at 7:20 PM and received my food at 7:45 PM. The doors to the restaurant were locked, and they told me they were too busy so they had to lock the doors when I received my food. There were only 10 cars in the drive-through. How can you possibly make money, when it takes almost 30 minutes to serve 10 cars. Whoever owns the store really needs to visit Chick-fil-A to understand this business. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I used the drive thru to get my food after I ordered using mobile app. The person working the shift was slow. Took more than 20 mins to give me my food. When I got it and came home, it was missing chicken nuggets but more importantly the food was not properly wrapped. The burger just dropped out and the container holding the french fries was torn.
