Asked the employee for fresh fries gave back my old fries and then the SHIFT LEADER WITH DRAWN ON EYEBROWS!!!! Had the audacity to raise her voice at me saying we just dropped those fries I said yeah I was in like for 3 seconds ain’t no way those fries are fresh!! I even told them I would park if I had too and she was like go park it’s going to be a 4 minute wait!! I was like that’s fine then I get my fries back this chick did not just refry my fries!!!! All hard I’ve done worked with a fast food company before and I will not ever go back to this place!!!! How you a shift leader if you just let cross contamination happen for 1 and for 2 your suppose to make your customers satisfied!!! Not even edible😤😡🤦🏻‍♀️ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t appreciate McDonalds employees assuming I’m on a diet. I asked for ranch on got none and no napkins also the fries where sitting for a while but overall the foods good and the service was quick beside the minor missing things. We come to this McDonald's often, but lately, it seems that the employees are un educated in food safety and health code rules. The manager, Betty Kelly, she has her employees take food from customers to the back, without throwing it away. This makes me concerned on how fresh their food is, and if they are reusing food. I will be contacting the health department and further people to make sure this location is looked into for health safety. Disgusting. I really hope it's fixed. Seems like they are always skimping on frie or other stuff. But other staff know that and take care of it. So though some staff seem poor, the other staff seem excellent so it balances itself out. Parking there is always terrible based on the location and because of how busy it is. Drive through had us park and wait over 10 minuets for our food to come out. And they got our order wrong. They did correct the order and let us keep the wrong item.

Went there no dinner time wasn't bad food was good hot fresh all that. The problem I had was it was a little dirty but that's to be expected at a busy McDonald's The yelling and cussing between employees was a little much I understand as I do act the same way at my employment but I don't work with public and the order accuracy was dismal. 1 time showing up for Breakfast but definitely the last. A nice young lady asked for our order. We were still deciding she said Take your time Then 15 seconds later A Rude older Man Said Can I Help You in a Very Rude Rushing Tone. I said one second Again Rude Tells me I have a Line only one lane is Open. We look back a 1 car I'd behind us. My lady was feeling sick so needed to eat So We Rushed out our order because she had to eat But with that type of Service we won't be Going back. We were rushed along so fast. The prices are outrageous! Paying over $2 for a small fry you would think the people making them would have the common decency to have them at least warm???
