The people who took my order and the drive thru people were so nice and friendly in the morning. They are literally stupid. Made me wait almost 10 minutes for cookies. Then gave me the wrong number cookies. And the cookies which should have been fresh since they said thats what I was waiting for, were hard.

Pulled up the drive through there was no other car through the drive through . I was put in my order then the lady told me to hold on. Then got the other order. I thought she told the truck that just pulled up to hold on since I already put in my order. Went up to the window the gentlemen who was very pleasant put in my order. The rude manager came and told him that she told me to wait. I said excuse me and she walked away. I pulled up to the next window they told me to pull up. The manager came out with my money and told me she wasn't going to take my service. She didn't let me talk to her anything. She isn't manager material. Not a problem solver. Not a sorry for the mix up. She just walked away. Communicating to your costumers and being a problem solver is part of managing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I don't know how they do it, but somehow whenever I visit this McDonalds, I am helped by some of the friendliest and happiest fast food workers I've ever met. They are awesome. Service Take out Service: 5

Trash service rude employees. $15/hr for this, yall deserve $7, better yet hire some 16 year olds they will do a lot better than these high schools dropouts, with fake eyelashes and dirty acrylic nails. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
