This place sucks, go one exit down to the other one. Their "systems are down" every single night at the same time for hours. Why schedule anyone? At least 15 people sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes for nothing, one lane was repeatedly ignored, and despite already having been charged, I was told they couldn't make my online order. Probably the 10th time I've left this place empty handed, and I used to really like it. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i’ve never been to a jankier mcdonald’s. ordered online for pick up in drive through and the woman on the mic kept telling us our order wasn’t here. we repeated our number and name and confirmed the address as correct and she told us this isn’t the 1105 N 1-35 location, which was clearly wrong. after continuing to tell her we definitely have the right place, she finally paid attention and found the order and hurried us along. how do you not know the address of where you work and tell customers they are at the wrong place??? the employees are clearly not paying attention and don’t care. def the worst location in this area Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the area! They are so inefficient! On multiple occasions I have ordered from here on doordash, the order has been confirmed, and then after about 40 minutes its canceled. It wastes the dashers time and my money. Their excuse is that they are switching over the system for their breakfast menu (then don't confirm the order... duh). I'm completely over it. The staff is also unhelpful and rude when you call about the order THAT AGAIN WAS C O N F I R M E D. Service Delivery Meal type Other Price per person $20–30

If I could give negative stars I would. The employees are rude and do nothing but play around. They send people to the waiting drive thru lanes, forget about them for 30 minutes making us have to call and ask where our food is and then the food they bring you is cold and obviously has been sitting for awhile. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever experienced and I’ve tried over and over to give them another chance to redeem themselves. (This happened a few days ago) Never wrote a review before but this is the worst place to eat at during overnight. One of the managers has horrible hygiene from the last time I came to the drive thru. She has black hair and a piercing on her nose. On the other hand the lady at the window told me that the same manager takes “20 minute smoke breaks”. I needed a manager at the time because I wanted a refund for my cold fries that I gave back. But they told me she was no where to be found. Yall need to take hygiene seriously. And where are the managers? The lady also told me that this “manager” likes to be in the bathroom for 20 minutes as well and likes to sleep in the “break room”. Disappointed. if you want dinner and not breakfast, DO NOT go within an hour of them switching over to breakfast. i have tried multiple times (45 min before, 1 hour before, 30 min, etc) and they always stop serving dinner early. super annoying because the app goes according to when they are supposed to serve dinner & breakfast, so you’ll place an order, and when you arrive they almost always say they are done serving dinner. then it takes 2-3 days to refund. i’ve worked at multiple fast food places so i know it’s a 99% chance that the employees are just being lazy. really sucks for people who get off of work late. also, last time i went they tried to charge me twice when i was already charged and the guy was tryna argue with me until i showed him my bank statement. i get that mix-ups happen so that wasn’t a huge deal, but it just shows how incompetent this location is.
