I just wanted an order of fries. After waiting way longer than it should have taken, the only employee apparently giving food out decided to ensure their ride, who was the customer behind me, had their food, then clocked out. I had to wait until someone came out from the back to get my fries that had been sitting in the warmer since right after I ordered. I've had issues with the slow service at the drive-through, but after this experience, I will not be going back to this McDonald's. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you management for forcing me to go back around drive thru and place another order for what your order taking employee forgot to include. I am so sorry for not confirming my order before paying and receiving. You should be commended for following company policy and I sure hope that employee is making at least $15/hr. I understand how I was in the wrong thinking this could be resolved at the pick up window.
