I had the same problem as others I went thru the drive thru and I tried to use a mobile offer code. The app said it went thru and the store said it wasn't working so I redid it 3 times. Before getting frustrated and just closing the app. I haven't had trouble from the app. I believe that the store is having the problems. I ended up not getting what I wanted that's a disappointment. I have had more bad experiences at this McDonald's. I am to the point that I'd rather drive to Weddington to get food, they are on point with customer service and food.
