Very clean on the inside and out also has a play area for kids. But what I like the most is how quickly they serve up breakfast. I've seen their line extend quite a ways but move fast. And the people that serve in the morning are friendly 👍 They have tap and speak Spanish 💥 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only problem I encountered was a manager by the name Alma. She had on a grey sweater shoulder length black hair about 5'5". As I went to go grab my food from the counter, I asked for some sauce, she turned and gave me this look as if I was a bother, and proceeded to give me my sauce and turned her back without a word of " Have a great day" , or "Come back soon" This isn't the first time I have noticed her personality, but I've observed her with others as well. Perception is definitely reality, and the way she comes off along with her demeanor is not inviting. On the other note the GM and all other employees there are wonderful. I don't usually send these types of messages but this needs to be communicated and addressed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Nice that McDonald’s now has the McPlant 🌱🍔. It tastes pretty good 👍🏼 and of course the french fries 🍟 are the best. This location in particular is a bit compact inside. The self ordering kiosk is not very user friendly specially if paying with the app 📱 code. It was a bit confusing but ended up paying 💵 at the cashier. Despite them being busy, they brought our order out fairly quickly. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Town East location - So disappointed at this McDonald’s location. We ordered two coffees, one small one large and they both tasted like water, literally and they were not hot like they should be. We noticed they tasted horrible close to home so it was too late to turn around. Either they added water because there was not enough coffee or someone needs to be trained on making coffee. I love McDonald’s but this was a fail, for something so simple. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I see why they work there. Forgot my drinks my burger and my cookie. And the manager with the blonde curls came out a lil beefy telling me my sandwich was in there when it wasn’t. Person taking my order checked to see if they had cookies and he said yea come to find out they didn’t take that order. I would give 0 stars to this location especially the morning shift employees the are all rude and talk about customers in Spanish thinking we are not going to understand what they saying and they are always missing items and when u go ask for the items they give u attitude I hate coming to this location. So this morning i went to the McDonald’s in Mesquite to get me something to eat i ordered my food and then went to the first window to pay and then the second window i picked up my food that’s when i see the lady that was bagging up my food she took the napkins and wiped her face and put them in my bag of food and that’s when i went off and i took that bag and slung it right in her face because she tried talking smack to me because she got busted that’s why I’m so iffy about eating out now days because it’s too many nasty people in this world I will no longer be eating at anymore McDonald’s. Kids playground has zero air! The puddles of water entering the adult bathrooms need to be cleaned up trash everywhere in the bathroom and the kids bathroom totally locked and my son pottied himself because we had to walk on the other side to the big bathroom when he was trying to orginally get into the kids bathroom and I had to clean the toilet of the adults bathroom for him to even sit on it. Huge huge mess. Was ignored for a while and so were other people everyone's backs facing you or no one there. I complained to management about all this and they laughed because my son pottied himself and never unlocked the kids bathroom at all. really messed up. Terrible service! Ordered on the app. Went to pick and they said they didn't get my order. I paid thru Google pay. They received my order, I showed the lady at the counter, she said they never received it. No refund, no food, no satisfaction! I said " just make it and I'll wait " she said NO! Because they didn't get it. I didn't understand. I showed the order, I showed where they said " thx for your order we are preparing your order " and yet nothing. While I was waiting 3 other people had problems with their order. Never again will I go to this location. Only reason I went there was because the local WHATABUGER is under new construction.
