Clients don't like double cheeseburgers, ice cream and coffee at this fast food. It's a pity, employees are accommodating as most guests note. Fine service is something that visitors would like to improve here. There is charming atmosphere at McDonald's, as people see it. Went to lunch here today , last night for my boys. I dig the new remodel. Alot more open and different styles of seating.. food was fresh, fries where hot. They have the best fountain for drinks. Taste the best. Great job team! It is tough some days. You guys do really well. Some folks need to be more greatful and patient in life. We are all human. First time visiting this location after the reconstruction, and I must say it really has a hospital look to it with the very sterile look to the lobby. Ordered our food and it was promptly given to us, an issue I had was I was unable to get the ice cream cone I ordered because “the machine was down.” Overall not a bad experience, just disappointed by the ice cream issue. You have to ask them for refills. The fountain is not available to you. Condiments are not available, i:e salt, pepper. You have to ask for it. There is one napkins dispenser on their counter that never has napkins. This establishment is not customer accommodating. I don't usually eat fast food and if I do it's at Chick-Fil-A, so compared to Chick-Fil-A the food's just not that great. The price is good, but you get what pay for. We got the Big Breakfast with pancakes and a chicken biscuit. The chicken biscuit was just meh, the biscuit was a kinda chewy and the chicken treated pretty much like the chicken nuggets. The sausage and pancakes weren't too bad. The hash browns were cooked to a crisp (see picture) but they exchanged them and I got some fresh ones that were pretty good.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a toy on the McDonald’s app and they gave my little baby an activity book instead of the thing that I picked. They wouldn’t let me exchange it despite them messing up my order. It left me a terrible taste in my mouth. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
