2/25/2024 to the employee on drive thru window 1 at 8:45am, I ain’t your “honey”. Please ask employees not to call customers by pet names. Just because a female merely exists doesn’t mean she’s there to be called whatever employees please. Also they didn’t follow special instructions and they put bacon on sandwich when ordered with no bacon. There were barely any customers around and they weren’t busy when this error happened. Other remarks: their drive thru lane is very narrow and not much room to navigate and people hit their tires on the sides of the curb frequently. Also the yellow poles along drive thru are wobbling in the wind which seems like a safety hazard. Giving an extra star though because employee at 2nd window was professional and kind. Also giving star because this location has free bathrooms to the public which can come in handy when out driving.

I gotta stick up for this McDonalds. Everywhere in champaign/urbana the service is horrible and that is a reflection of the workers who live in the town. This is a poor area, with people who just don't care and refuse to do anything to a standard. Every major chain you go to in this town, you will be disappointed and underwhelmed. You ever been to Wendy's lately? Yea the lady making your burger is on crack or a nice dose of meth. The fact this McDonalds is so busy and cranks it out, with a sub standard employee pool to choose from is amazing. It's not perfect, but they get the job done and that's about as much as you can ask from anyone in this town. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Slow ordered McChicken and 2 cookies wife did and we had to park for ten min then they tried to give her food to someone else didn't know who's order was whos let the customer tell him guy tried saying he had all 3 orders in his hand even though there's 3 cars kid went to give it to him I'm like no hold up that's her exact order check his receipt Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
