Orders are almost never right, need to go further away if you actually want to get mcdonalds, don't go here. Customer service and managers in this restaurant is the worst ever tables are bathroom duty the restaurant are duty. The egg's taste like rotten eggs . It's another McDonald's around VA avoiding waste your money here!! Educated the cashier how to treat people!! I working on fastfood and that is not the way we treat our customers!!!! It was a great thing that they were open on Christmas day. We went every where looking for food. All of them are closed. Without McDonald's we were about to sleep hungry. Thanks McDonald's for staying open on Christmas day. Merry Christmas to all of your workers who helped people at a great time on a very busy night. This place is a dump, they don’t have the decency to clean up and they are always short staff. The place has not changed since 2016 and they don’t have electric ordering booths. When I walked in I could literally hear my shoes peeling from the floor because it was that sticky. I feel like every time I come here no matter if you do it through the app or you order it through them. your order is gonna be messed up in someway and the guy today was a manager and he was acting high or had some other problem, but we have one order for the drive-through and another one that was for a pick up the doors were locked. We went through the drive-through and told him that we had two online orders which when we first got to the window only gave me the drive-through order and told us that we need to go back around to get it. smh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
