In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve perfectly cooked fish here. It's a must when visiting this fast food to try good coffee. Clients don't like ice cream at McDonald's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. The peaceful atmosphere has been noted by the guests. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.
Someday I'd like to write a book about my time working here some years ago. I can't believe it's still open, someone must be bribing the health department. None of the comments about quality and staff are surprising, if anything they're much tamer than I would expect. But I also have little sympathy for people who choose to eat at a McDonald's - in North County at that - on purpose. My sympathies to any good kids (literate, attend school, no criminal record, no neck tattoos at 17, don't stay high 24/7, basically what we used to call "normal kids") who may work there and put up with the staff and area clientele, I know the hell you're in.

A couple of biscuits (egg, bacon, cheese) this morning. Hot, fresh, and had hair in one. Didn't open the other one right away.
Otherwise, not a terrible experience, but not motivated to risk another trip and don't have the time to go back and point it out in person.
Clean up this one issue and I would have had a positive drive-thru experience today.

This location is clearly stealing from their customers. If the item the customer is charged for is not available, a full refund for the item should be issued. The customer should NOT have to initiate a refund then get asked if they're sure they want a refund. This restaurant chain already doesn’t have the full menu at once, but they are pocketing the money for items not available. I will never visit this thieving store again and will be looking at my receipts from now on.

I will NEVER go to this Mc Donald’s I did a mobile order and they never received the order even though I had a receipt confirming my order. The manager on duty that night was EXTREMELY rude. He said and I quote “ Why would people come to Mc Donald’s on New Years Eve?” As if people don’t eat all day everyday 365 days a year. I was basically told there’s nothing they can do about it. He treated everyone that came through the drive thru so disrespectful that evening. I could overhear other customers frustration at the way the manager treated them that evening. My suggestion is if you don’t like working at Mc Donald’s on New Years Eve go find somewhere else to work. Taking it out on customers was not cool.
There is no way any of the people there should be getting paid they should be paying McDonald's for them even letting them in the store.
Every single person in that store probably couldn't spell. Their name couldn't follow directions even if it was one word whorrible. Horrible horrible would never come back to the store. Even if this was the only food in the world, you guys need to do better..

This McDonald's location is consistently dirty and poorly maintained! (In all fairness, a lot of the maintenance issues are due to the area the location is in. The people who live in certain areas of this city/county have no problem tearing up, running down, and destroying things in their own neighborhood that don't belong to them, even though they are the ones who have to live in the area! I believe that's the case with this location - non-employees are tearing up the building and premises while the neighborhood people who work there are lazy and don't keep things up as they should, so everything looks run down) During my previous visit (which was supposed to be my last visit, but because I was very limited on time, I visited this location again this time - it's the closest to my house) a COCKROACH (yes, a cockroach!) walked across the counter as I was placing my order. (It was back when you placed your order at the cash register - it's been a while since I visited this location) This cockroach was HUGE too - there was no way you could miss it! The employee jumped back and screamed, but wouldn't do anything to catch/kill/remove it. The manager came over and killed it (smashed it) right on the counter where they give you your food. He wiped the dead bug and its guts off the counter with a dry paper towel or napkin, but then he walked away. I assumed he was getting something to wash the counter with, but apparently I was wrong! About a minute after that, my food was ready so the employee set the bags (it was a "to-go" order) right where the dead bug was smashed and said "Have a nice day," which was the first time I'd heard that from an employee in this location in a very long time. I was honestly surprised by this but I was surprised even more that the employee expected me to accept my food after being placed on a counter right in front of me where a huge cockroach had just smashed and wiped up with a dry paper towel (no soap) less than a minute before! I told the employee that I was not accepting the food like this and asked for the manager. When he walked back over, he was like, "What seems to be the problem?" This completely threw me off guard! I would have expected the manager to know what the problem was, considering he was the one who smashed the cockroach! I told the manager I would not accept the food because the whole thing was gross, unsanitary, and flat-out wrong! He did apologize and offered to have my food remade but by this point, I was grossed out and was not going to eat anything from this place! Besides, if this is how they react to a cockroach in a customer-facing area, I can only imagine how bad things must be in the areas that can't be seen by customers! (where they store, prep, and cook the food) I told him that there was no way I could eat the food from this location or feed it to my family and that I wanted my money back! He tried offering me a gift card with the same amount on it but I told him I wanted my money back in cash. (Which is how I paid) He finally relented but still acted as if I was being ridiculous. After recounting that situation here, I'm not at all sure why I went back to this location this time. After thinking about it, I definitely shouldn't have. So, although this most recent visit was not horrible, I felt the need to change my ratings to what they are now because my previous visit was THAT BAD! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! (Please understand that I DO NOT like giving negative reviews at all - check my other reviews. They are mostly positive but still quite long, like this one. I like to give honest feedback and sometimes it requires a long response to get the point across.) Also, please note that I have had very poor luck using the drive-thru - quite often the order is wrong and almost always because it's short, not because they give you too much! If you do visit this location, good luck!

Getting paid to steal last time I was in there they were just giving free food out to friends while I waited 30 min to get food I paid for. Honestly sad that these are the new generation of kids lazy trash with no work ethic at all. Feel bad all I can say.
This restaurant it's still horrible horrible workers slow service all around terrible. These people should definitely not be getting paidthis should be some type of probation work. Or community service because you shouldn't get paid for that quality of work

The only reason why I go to this McDonald’s is because it’s close to home basically across the street… But I swear they need new management in this place… Was there tonight for 4-22-2022… I wanted to give a date so that maybe somebody in management or corporate reads this they would know what day it was. When I got home I opened my big Mac and noticed that the cheese was half of the burger… Which is the first photo… I opened the burger up and noticed my surprise when I looked at the burger. WTF…
9 dollars and some change for two large fries! And had to wait while in the drive-through for them to be cooked... at least they were fresh

This has got to be the worst McDonalds in the area. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and it gets worse every year. They are never open when they are supposed to be. Something is always broken or not working. You can sit in the drive thru for 20 min without anyone as much as saying hi. If you finally get to order I guarantee your order won’t be right. I can’t believe how bad the service is. It’s a shame.
