Open 24/7? Yeah right. Locked doors (without reason) when we arrived 11.30pm and was forced to take the drive-through. Several others that came after us also went and yanked on the doors only to realize they were locked. Also; cold food and hard as a rock cheeseburgers. At least we got everything we ordered. It is a standard McDonalds, when I was there it was overloaded, and so my experience suffered, as the food was not so fast. Service was excellent even under the extreme conditions, the atmosphere is reduced by the surroundings. No information that they had already ran out of ketchup and straws when ordeinf in the drive thru. Even though we asked for extra ketchup. It's kind of hard drinking out of a paper cup while driving with kids. I ran inside and found ketchup dispensers and straws for restaurant guests. Bad experience with this mc Donald on the morning of 29 may 2023. Waiting 25 minutes for 2 dubbe cheeseburgers. There were no more than 10 customers inside. I don't know why this guy was hired, at every order he has to ask his colleagues what to do. When I requested money back, they told me that it is not possible because I ordered online. McDonald's is a chain. You expect a specific level of service, quality and sanitation when visiting. The food was okay. The speed of service was adequate. The premises though were unacceptable. Overfilled trash cans, dirty premises, no soap at the sinks all built a very bad image. The existing staff was willing but the shop was clearly understaffed. Truth be told they were about an hour from closing time so I can't comment on how it looks earlier in the day.

Nice ambience.. best customer service i have ever seen in any other branches or any other burger or vizza place... i had my breakfast in this place and i m a vegan, they didnt have any vegan options available for breakfast, but they overrode and gave me McVegan at 6:30 AM , i would like to give 6-Star rating for this branch..
