The staff is so nice and the restaurant is clean, we went there during our lunch time which was only 30 minutes but we manged to get everything very quickly and that didnt compromise the quality of the food. Not worth a rating. Bad service !!! Such Bad service. Why are the ladies room locked? We ordered sat down had our meal, and when I needed to use the ladies a man behind the counter said the toilets are locked and I have to order.. after I just explained we are sitting upstairs and he can check we are still eating. It’s been 20 minutes and I am still waiting to use the restroom that is still locked in which I asked to be opened politely. Bad Bad Experience. On 01 Jan the evening between 9pm and 10pm I took my family to McDonald's Maitland for late supper because my wife came from work and we were all hungry. The drive thru was dreadfully slow. We waited for longer than 30 minutes. Eventually when there was only 3 cars in front of us a whole group of about 7 to 10 people walked past us got immediately served and received the food before us. When I asked the cashier if I could enquire from the manager and I mentioned my complaint the manager just turned her back to me with an attitude and walked away without saying a word. I asked him whether she always did this and he said this is what she is doing now and said all walk throughs must first be helped for safety. I am very unhappy about her disdainful arrogant attitude. I just ordered a meal and the packaging arrived with dirty areas and filled with salt all over. thw cooldrink had a ditry container on the outside and the fries were less than usual. Tried calling McDonald maitland and their number does not exist. i need refund or something because this is the worst

What a mess, firstly they had no breakfast meals with chips as they had no boerie patty’s so the only breakfast option they had was with a hash brown. I asked them to please change the hash brown with chips but this was not possible unless I paid for it. I was not willing to as I didn’t want the hash brown in the first place and it was not my fault they can’t do proper stocking. I was offered to wait for 25 minutes as the truck just arrived. If I had that much time I would not go for fast food. Eventually left with no choice than to take the hash brown I now would like to use the bathroom just to be told that they are out of order. What a mess at this place I would not recommend going here Service: 1

WORST EXPERIENCE, NO COMPENSATION. My order took two hours to arrive, despite being 7 minutes down the road from the shop. Chips ice cold and half empty, mc flurry melted and the driver STILL argued with me about a tip!!!!! R129 DOWN THE DRAIN. Call center couldn't even contact the store.

Poorest experience I've ever had from a McDonald's. They had a missing box of nuggets and when I called, they said they forgot to add it! Asked me if I can come fetch it tomorrow. Imagine traveling all the way to fetch a box of nuggets. They staff members were shouting over each other trying to figure out what happend. So unprofessional! Never ordering from this McDonald's again. The actual rest of the order was sub standard too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
