Once the promenade around the East Griqualand Museum and Community Tourism Information Centre is over, visit Mcdonald's Kokstad. Visitors don't highly appreciate burgers at this restaurant. I don't understand why would you have a drive-thru and hire employees who do not understand the value of a custome. I didn't get to enjoy my nazo meal because I was ignored by your staff at collection window. I went there because I wanted something fast. In my situation I'm not suppose to be hungry 🚮🚮🚮🚮 Service: 1

Drive through order was taken, when we picked up our food, we saw there is no tomato sauce. When we asked where the tomato sauce were, they said we had to pay extra for it, which we would have done of we were informed when we placed our order. First time to hear that you pay for the tomato sauce sachet. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 400–450

I waited so long for just two choc Oreo frapp, they didn’t have a person associated with the coffee to stand there and just to do the Mac coffee orders and the person working there to even know how to make it,it took so long and she had to look on the sheet on how to make it. And we first tried the drive-through, the ordering machine/speaker lady was not able to hear us properly and that was just very annoying. Passed through on an early morning drive from Ntabankulu. The restaurant is open 24/7, which is a bonus. Location is great, right within the Kokstad strip mall. Food was hot and fresh, as expected. All round excellent service Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They have fewer bathrooms, I went to the bathroom, left my food on the table, came back, they took my food away, i asked one of waiters to bring it back, they didn't say they have to remake the meal, I had to wait another 25 to 30 minutes and they asked go fetch my meal myself from the counter.terrible service Service Dine in Service: 1

I was using the drive through thinking it would be quick but the service was so slow,at the speaker where I place my order I waited so long for someone to assist me and eventually when someone answered the quality and clarity of the speaker was terrible I couldn’t make out what they were saying,then when I went to the window to collect my order I saw one of the employees eating nuggets and fries from someone’s order which I think is very unprofessional and very inappropriate because that is someone’s meal that was paid for,also the condition and presentation of my meal was very poor it was as if my burger was falling apart and out of proportion so inconclusion the drive through is very slow and the service is terrible ,this is probably the slowest drive through ever Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 150–200 Food: 1 Service: 1
