Nicely located at the T1 departure area. Very convenient. Seating is all new, clean and orderly. Food is good, except that the cakes come in a paper tray with plastic spoon. That was a little off considering that these are McCafe items with a premium price. Coffee was good, not overly sweet. Very bad customer service . Especially the fat lady at the cash counter is very aggressive and rude. The worst thing is that for 3 icecreams and 1 Oreo Latte ,I had to wait 30 minutes and when I enquired about ,they don't have any idea.Of I dnt follow up ,I didn't get my items.They have misplaced the order or avoided. One of the worst McD ever. More than half of the menu is unavailable, even the most basic McFlurry Oreo is unavailable. Saw cheesecake at the McCafe cake fridge, but cannot order cheesecake. Ordered whatever that was left, staff immediately cleared the order queue TV. This caused 6-10 customers all to wait at the small counter for their order because the TV shows the order as completed. Most idiotic use of technology. Once the order is actually completed the staff will just leave the food at the counter. Again, what's the point of buying an order queue system for this. Ridiculous. Just wanted a quick meal before my flight. After 20 minutes I asked for a refund, manager refused. "Just wait for the robot to bring the food. No kitchen here. Be patient". The most slowest McDonald's I ever been to. Your going to open a fast food at the airport at least be fast about it, people are chasing flights. Manager just hides away and look at their phones and people requesting to cancel orders. Please don't open if you don't know what your doing. Been dining here whenever taking a flight or seeing off someone. They have 2 locations, newer spot at the main area above passport control & the other on the way to the viewing deck. Service & cleanliness are a hit & miss. The overall quality of food is good. Worth passing the time or a quick meal before flights. Typical McDonald's feel & quality. Surprisingly, staffs are quite helpful and friendly in this outlet. Obviously, is still understaffed, table is not clean regularly (not tray, but stains on table) Sometimes can be very long queue, just try your luck. The worst outlet. TV screen that shows your order progress is off, after placing your order electronically, you have no idea when is your food is readied and being called out. Have to constantly stand at the counter to wait and check every paper bags that delivered to the outlet thru a pigeon hole from somewhere!!
