As I was reading the comments and rates here I realised that I am not the only one.
20 mins waiting time, they prepared two normal quarter pounder when I ordered for two DOUBLE quarter pounder and instead of giving me “new” ones they just added another meat the the previously already cold single quarter pounders… in my order there was also a double cheese burger and my “intuition” told me if they screw the double quarter pounders most likely they also did with this one. I went to my car and checked the double cheese burger and guess what? My double cheese burger was a normal cheese burger so again they messed up. I had to go leave my car, go back and “kindly” ask for my double cheese burger… I wonder who is the head of recruitment there, I wonder if they do quality audits on the personnel performance and customer service… not going back there ever again unless strictly necessary…

usually 15-20 minutes from order time. this cant be called FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. it should be called nap-time-food. regulations say, 30secs max is when i need to be served, they take 20-30 times longer. and dont feed bad about it. if you order caffe latte and get just coffee, its ok. dont give a sh(t about it, cant complain, if you do, your coffee comes back with ... strange taste. order 3 cheeseburgers and 4 burgers and get 3 and 3... also ok, complain? ok, wait another 10 minutes. seems its to much to ask if you order more than they expect you to.

Somehow I find the burger taste better than other McDonald’s. Good place to sit and eat with family and kids.

In the quest for 'Eternal Disappointment' McDonald's Åssiden works tirelessly to achieve its goals. They set the bar low and work with vigor and passion to set the bar even lower.
In my latest brush with disappointment a young woman on the drive thru system was stunned into a endless loop of confusion with my request for a double quarter pounder meal.
After spending some time trying to explain that I wanted a double quarter pounder and not a single I decided to let fate take over and drive on to the next window.
McDonald's does not disappoint, incompetence was achieved and I only received a standard quarter pounder meal.
After spending so much time trying to get my food that the death of the universe was edging dangerously close I decide to cut my losses and eat my meal, carrying on with what little of my life is remaining.
If your goal in life is to race to the bottom as fast as possible and then keep on going, McDonald's Åssiden should be on the top of your list for career opportunities.

We needed a few mins of charging, and wanted some coffee. The charging setup was a bit outdated, but one of the few chargers that was there was available, so we started charging and went in to get coffee...
Our last visit to McD has been quite a long time ago. The only thing we felt was sorta ok, was the coffee, so playing it safe, it was all we planned to get here.
Even that felt a b it risky seeing how it was inside. The covers over the trash area was partly broken, exposing a tower of ice cubes that had been emptied out. It was... not.. appetising... The entire place felt more like some worn down bus terminal than a place to eat.
Anyway... Coffee... I took a sip, and emptied the rest out. It was just horrid. My "ok" experience with McD coffee was not relived. I have given other McD places a one star due to their horrible food, but in retrospect some of those places felt like quality restaurants compared to what we saw here.
So... No more McD ever... Not even for coffee..

Always something missing when I'm making bigger orders and service is low. One time I've called to ask can I make order for take out and didn't get answer. Guy which picked up phone wasn't helpful and nice. I'm learning Norwegian and he speaks with strange accent which was understandable for me and he don't even try speak English. After he said something in Norwegian hang up the phone.
