Where do I start , Not a very inviting atmosphere,I was not greeted or shown any customer service until another couple walked in behind me. I order pork nachos to go with all toppings except onions and peppers . I only got chips cheese sauce and pork . Gave my name even called me the wrong name ,Very mediocre and poor customer service . Took my grandsons and had dinner. A perfect night and the staff was super friendly. They made sure the boys got cookies and enjoyed their Mac and cheese. We went for dinner. The lettuce my salad was made from had been frozen. The lettuce very brown and wilted. My husband's spud max was cold and about a third of the toppings they normally put on the potato. I asked for a refund, which I did get. However, the "manager" made a side remark which I ignored as she seemed very young to be in charge of the staff that could careless for customer service. I know good help is hard to find. Service is fast, friendly, and made easy by ordering and paying online while seated inside the restaurant. I also like the fact that you can modify any menu without hassle to your chosen preference. McAlister's is a great family option for fast food. This location still serves food on real plates. The food is great and varied and ranges from sandwiches, potatoes (huge meal worthy), soups and salads. I definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner. I was disappointed with this location's service. My order took a long time to get and then the jalapeños and butter were forgotten. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience by the foh for asking for the forgotten items. The food is always on point though. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Good food and friendly service. I recommend the French dip and potato salad! My mom got the Ruben, my son got the choose 2 with the chef salad and BLT+avocado, and my other son got a ham and cheese melt with chips. All really good but pricey. Lunch was $50. We used to only go on free kid's meal days!

My mom picked up my order of nachos ( just chips &queso), when she got home with the box I opened it up to start in on the chips. On the inside of the open box we noticed a bug/ critter that was smashed dead on the inside of the box. Don't understand how they didn't see that when boxing the order so I called the restaurant to report it because I can't go back up there, since my lunch break is over. The person who took the call didn't seem to care, she wasn't concerned at all - after I told her what was going on she just "ok, I'll let them know".
