I love the fact that I can get a great vegetarian meal here! Today I had nachos and a strawberry salad. All delicious. I also appreciate how calm and stress-free the environment is. I recently ate at another restaurant in the area with blaring music and staff that talked like auctioneers!

Love this place, the sandwiches are soo good. I got the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch and It's my favorite so far. I also ordered the garden salad and all the veggies were fresh and they give you alot. My girlfriend ordered the choose 2, half sandwich and half salad. Her sandwich was the BLT Avocado with a southwest Avocado salad. Hers was tasty and delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was neatly cleaned. I enjoyed having a good sandwich meal here. Definitely coming here more often.

On a quest for an outstanding corned beef sandwich with thick cuts of meat, but this was not it. It was ok.
I asked for the meat to be warm on rye; I got toasted bread
The potato salad was creamy and delish. I'd order that again.
By far the staff was this location's biggest asset. They were wonderfully accommodating in promptly picking up my plate when I was done and politely asking if I'd like a soda refill. And Danil immediately credited my card for the wrong size drink, WITHOUT my even noticing it asking about it.

I was impressed to the point I felt the need to tell, who I assumed was the shift manager, what an excellent experience my wife and I had. I can’t emphasize how good the food was, the staff treated every single customer and also how great of a time we had!
I highly recommend Crystal Lake McAllister’sDeli. You will be glad you chose them for a healthier alternative to the greasy food everywhere else. On a scale of 5 STARS they are a 10 STAR destination for lunch or dinner. Thank you to the Manager and Staff. You should be recognized for your efforts.

Ordered curbside on an errand day. Quick service! The food was fantastic, accurate, and delicious. The portions were bigger than we thought it would be.
Ordered chicken salad, bowl of chili, and ham and cheese melt with fruit on the side.

Ordered sw spicy chicken sandwich. Heard many good reviews and was excited to try. Ordered to go but guess I should have checked before I left. There is supposed to be avocado, pepperjack, corn/bean salsa...none of which was on. What I did get was barely a 1/2 cup of shredded chicken drenched in sauce with a limp piece of bacon..which isn't even supposed to be in this sandwich.
Seemed like you were staffed up and it definitely wasn't busy so it should have been fine, shift change maybe. I'll try again since the positive reviews but just wanted to give you the heads up

Ordered for pickup and the service was friendly. Food was great and would give a 5 star, but one meal had the wrong soup. Overall very good and we will be back.

McAlister's food is great. Reuben an A+. My only issue is with how sides are presented. I had ordered a side of Mac n cheese and I felt cheated at first because I expected to have full container of food but the container was just under half full but then I realized I only paid like $1.50 for it. May want to reconsider packaging because it seems like a major waste of plastic for the land fills for three tablespoons of Mac n cheese.

Great location. So glad we got one in town. Every sandwich is delicious, always get extra sauce if you can. Lemonade is great. Soups are pretty good, love the wide selection of items. Love the pick 2 because I can never decide on one thing. They are fast and never mess up our order. Also, they have awesome customer service; they call you just to make sure it's okay to sub out something if they are out of it. I LOVE THAT. Such a good business model. <3
