They operate sluggishly and they close way to early for a computer institute. It doesn't matter to them if a customer is yet to be attended to, the moment it's 6 o'clock they put off their generator and close up and that is unprofessional in my opinion.
I was there the other day and the management felt the best time to have their staff meeting was in the middle of work, leaving their customers waiting and without apology, closed at their desired time and asked that I return the next day, forcing me to cancel plans because of their unprofessionalism.
MB&U is a business centre and a school, it offers internet Cafe services, where one can apply for any institution online, and also stationery printing services. The school teaches computer appreciation etc.
