Went in on a Sunday to grab some pizza and salad, ended up getting a family meal to share with my husband. We had the large pizza, boneless chicken wings with the dry rub-yummy, and the garlic cheese bread. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the food was fresh and just how we wanted it. We will definitely return to this Mazzios! Robin was very kind and made sure we enjoyed our meal, I can’t remember the other staff members names but they were all so nice and that means something to me when I go to spend my $ somewhere.

We went to the lunch buffet. The people were excellent, kind, and very attentive. They showed great Italian Hospitality. The food was great for the price.$8.49 I believe lunch is at 11am-2pm

Great lunch buffet! Clean, full of delicious pizza and treat choices, and a stocked and clean salad bar!
Smells great upon entry, everything is clean, and the staff truly pleasant.
Short staffed and the manager came in from their vacation to fill the void and keep things smooth. As a 30year food set veteran I admire that.

Mazzio's Cheese Pizza
Ordered food and they didn’t bring the ranch for the salad and there was little to no icing on the dessert. We called the main number and they said they would bring the ranch out. Hour later still no ranch but the employees at the store lied to the company and said they brought it.
We had 2 orders of wings delivered, $65.00. Not worth even $20!! Smallest, dried out wing I’ve ever seen. Pathetic!! I deserve a refund and an apology but I’m sure I’ll never see it. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Honestly, I used to love eating from here. And I hate to be a "Karen" but I received an email stated my food had left the restaurant and was on its way to me. I live 7 minutes or less from the restaurant. Finally at about 25 minutes of waiting I called and they told me to wait 6 more minutes and call again if it still hadn't arrived. I was about to call back at the 35 minute mark right as the driver showed up. He refused to let me tip him any less than what I had put in the tip line when placing the order online. Because it's ups the total. I tried to explain to him that that total included an almost 8 dollar tip. So I had to go back inside and get more cash to equal the tip I initially put on the tip when I placed the order. When I come back out he had placed our food on our concrete porch and left it there for me to pick up, he even rounded UP his tip to the nearest dollar and didn't give me change. THEN to top it off, our food was cold! So not only did I have to pay full price PLUS tip for cold, late and potentially contaminated food, but the service I received when I called the restaurant was absolutely horrible. I wasn't even offered to speak with customer service and the delivery driver was extremely unapologetic. Who puts someone's food on the ground outside and makes the customer pick it up? I've reached out to mazzios on many different platforms and still haven't heard back.

I love this location, they know me and what I like, before I can even make it to the register they are putting in my special order and bringing me spinach (I dont like iceberg lettuce). They are always on top of it and make me feel special every time im there.

Robin and her staff has made this our Tuesday go to. Salad bar is fresh, pizza is fresh, and if you need anything the staff is always ready to help. P.S. please bring back the macaroni salad, the pasta and Broccoli salad is OK 👍
