So happy we stumbled across this bar! It the owner made us beautiful drinks from local spirits. The bar is his grandparents house as you can tell by the furniture and fixtures when you enter from the street side (look out for the red lanterns) the deck out the back where they used to salt fish is the WOW factor the design and the view both amazing. It will sit with you and have chat if you’re keen and don’t forgot if you ring the bell you have to buy a round of drinks for the whole bar! Best bar in Lanta old town! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Checked this one out for sunset cocktails and a quick bite to eat. Very satisfying and a great story to boot! The pier was delightful and had a cool breeze for dinner. The (Fish and Chips), AKA Fish Tenders were a surprise full of taste. Came to Old town for a walk through the shops and decided to stop at Mayuri’s for a quick drink. I ended up staying for hours. The service is excellent and the vibe is so comfortable. I haven’t had western food in ages and their fish and chips was amazing and so fresh!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Fantastic pier for afternoon drinks, we didn’t have time to eat but our service was great and the location is epic, a fantastic bamboo structure built over the pier offers shade and an upstairs chill out zone too. Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It’s a magical place with a really nice and friendly owner. The placed was owned by the grandparents of the nice owner and he made it a lovely bar with great drinks, food and service. We have only been there around lunch time. We would love to visit the place again in the evening having cocktails. Crossing fingers that the renovation (started during COVID-19 and finished 8 month ago) will pay of. The place is named after the grandma who’s name is/was Maria 😍. We love that. Hidden down a small path inside— keep walking and the owner or staff will greet you! Such a beautiful view, and really nice owner & staff! The bar was built in the owner’s grandparents’ home—really nice history, and a lot of thoughtfulness put into the design and materials when building the place! The drinks are wonderful and the food menu looks amazing (did not try anything this time). Can’t wait to go back! After a rainy morning we went to Lanta's old town and found Mayuri's bar... First impression was already great, so much love to details and a phantastic view towards plenty of islands... We very much enjoyed the kindness and great service. They offer small snacks like fish fingers and fries, which we tried: especially the fish fingers can compete with best British sea side pub food! Don't miss the location! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Walking through the corridor to the secret bar is walking through history of Old Town. We chilled with the owner who was a complete gent and shared with us the history of the bar. The building was his grandmothers (Named Mayuri) home and was used for moving coal and salt fish around Koh Lanta for 100 years. The place has been renovated by reusing the old materials from the family home/business and has an amazing feel in the eve. We sat right at the front of water edge and we was given a bell to ring for service (bit awkward but sweet). Had a downpour so we retreaded to the upstairs loft area which is built with bamboo. Follow the floor sign, it feels like you are properly walking to a secret area until your hit by the bar. Everything is tastefully reclaimed and you can really feel the effort that has been put in to make this work. Definately worth a visit if your in old town Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person ฿200–300 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
