Great Thai food truck in Carlton. Ingredients are all fresh and tasty. We ordered chicken egg rolls, tofu salad rolls, pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and yellow curry. The salad rolls were huge! One salad roll here is what you usually get as two in a restaurant (because the restaurant cuts it in half). FYI, you must call in advance to place an order. We had a big order, so we called at 11:30am and were given a 12:30pm pick-up time. She is not taking walk-up orders at this time. So call ahead and enjoy the yummy food!
Little red trailer in a parking lot, Mayla is adorable. Very authentic Thai food. Extremely fresh and tasteful. I crave going back. (in pics, mango with sticky rice and shrimp pineapple rice dish)

Have tried every curry and each is as delicious as the next. The pineapple rice is sublime. The veggie eggrolls stay wrapped on my mind. May be the greatest hidden gem in the valley.

Absolutely delicious!😋 so fresh, tasty, decent pricing and portions. Had the chicken yellow curry, chicken egg rolls and chicken Pad ga prow. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.
