The service was absolutely amazing... our drinks and food just look a little bit long to arrive at table but also we were a table of 11 people and it was quite busy so it was understandable and worth the wait. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating we had such a blast. We did not want to leave.
The food was also delicious, the best chips I've had in a long time, and the cocktails were also delicious.
The manager is very friendly and attentive to all your needs.
We were there for a Bachelorette, and everybody was very accommodating and made it extra special for the bride to be. Thank you

This restaurant was full when we arrived on a freezing night. They bundled us into their more secluded outside area and said they would have a table for our group of 6 in a few minutes, which they did. The food was delicious and the waitress was friendly.

Lovely place but management is absent. Manager is sitting on another table and does not care about customer service. He didn’t even approach us when we send our food back.
We ordered a toasted ham & cheese it took 30min and the bread wasn’t even toasted.
Our meal was a camembert fillet (medium-rare) with chips and veg - vegetables was ice cold, fillet was well medium-well, we waited 40min.
Don’t know of the place is still new, but you have to train your waiters on customers service as well as your manager.
Get your staff something uniforms, one has a black Nike T-shirt on, other a white Toyota shirt and the list goes on..

Went to the restaurant for dessert, ordered HOMEMADE PEPPERMINT CRISP TART, it was nice. It’s not a layered tart thou. Just crushed biscuits and caramel with chocolate toppings. Service was good and fast

Good restaurant with good food. The wait staff was very friendly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good, they played really nice music. It got cold a few minutes after we got there and we were moved inside and they lit a fire. Worth a visit when in Dullstroom.

We enjoyed our late lunch tremendously. The staff were so eager to assist us with a table, we waited only a few minures for a clean and empty table. The service was excellent and our food very tasty. I had the grilled calamari for starters and lamb shank with salad for mains. My husband had the mussels for starters and a steak with veg for mains. Thank you, we had a great time.

Perfect spot for a bite to eat while passing through. Great blend of seated eatings vs bar. They got two fireplaces for cold winter days too! We’ll be back 💯
Pizza is incredible! Our waiter was amazing. He dropped the ball on a busy night, and instead of trying to hide from the issue, he took charge, corrected it, and offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. His ability to think like a manager, without actually needing the manager to sort us out is what kept out experience a 10.
