Maya is a great rest and even better Caterers. This was our first time working with them since we wanted to do a traditional south Indian menu. Absolutely amazing food and amazing service . The process from beginning to the end and the communication with the owner and the manager were absolutely fantastic. we had quite extensive menu and all of it was special south Indian specialty food that was properly suggested by them to make everything go along with what we had in mind. The day of the event they arrived on time and all the set up was done on time . The food was absolutely amazing and very fresh , nicely presented and the taste was just out of the world. It was really awesome experience and all the guest absolutely loved the south Indian food menu which replicated the menu that is served traditionally on a banana leaf in India. Easily top 5 greatest thing I've ever had in my mouth!! The flavors are unbelievable!! From the first taste of the Maya Special (Mango chicken) I was instantly in love! The perfect balance of sweet and spice and you can really taste every ingredient!! Every ingredient stands out & yet blends beautifully!! There is magic in this food! This food cures depression! Dipped the Garlic Naan in that sauce and I was about ready to offer my soul to the chef! THANK YOU!!! Food was mediocre. Lamb samosas were small and hard. We ordered two entrees but only got one rice. Service was definitely lacking. Waiter was not very friendly or welcoming at all. Made us feel like we were inconveniencing him by being there. There are other choices out there nearby so we probably won’t go back.
