Never caught my servers name, but when I ordered the flaming cheese she said she was a fire sign and she loved doing it. She was attentive, so nice, and had a great personality! Food was awesome and I will definitely be going back. Good atmosphere and great staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was a solo diner, and I expect to be a lower priority compared to larger groups when I am alone. However, I got my appetizer and my entrée before I received my first beverage. I never received the ketchup that she said she would bring with my beverage. The server had enough time to gossip with her coworker at the front desk and make a call on her cellphone. The food was decent enough. The soup was just okay, and the entrée hit the spot. Service definitely needs some work. A good friend warned me that it had "gone downhill" in the past couple of years, but I still wanted to give it a chance.
