Poor service when trying to order food over the phone. They disrespectfully will hang up on you if don’t speak Spanish. Even as I tried to speak my broken Spanish to them, they don’t attempt to meet you half way, or try to get another employee to help translate, just hang up on you. So I went to the store to try again. Food came hot, they had more options for online orders than in the store. Arepa was covered in a white sauce when I said plain. Will not return. Was not disappointed with the food here. If your looking for authentic Venezuelan fast food this is the place. Instead of table service it’s more like a counter service restaurant where you order at the counter and seat yourself once the food is ready. The food was good, the portions were huge in case you're hungry, I ordered a Reina Pepiada and the avocado was a bit brownish, as shown in the picture, but taste was ok. Empanadas were good but tiny for the price, especially with the Arepas and Patacones being that generous. The food was absolutely Phenomenal I do not have another word for the place. They have a little bit of trouble speaking English but I was still able to order my food. Cuban coffee, arepas and patacones 👌👌👌 100% I'm coming back for more food and drinks. They do server beer and ice cream snacks. We order meat empanada, Pepito, and cachapa… all we order is so sweet!!!😩😩. It's ok but sweet. Please change the recipe ingredients.
