It was our first time to Miri,Sarawak. As the Instagram “sarawakfoodie” has recommended this restaurant and after seeing their videos and preparations- I know they will not make us disappointed! :) We ordered Pansuh Ayam (Bamboo Chicken) ; tempoyak Ikan (fermented durian with fish ) ; Ulu Style Babi Salai (Grilled Smoked Pork ) ; Keladi sambal asam jawa ; Char Kueh Teow Kering / Kemandi Kueh Teow ,Linut Set and the sour plum lime juice. The Ulu Style Babi Salai tasted really good, juicy and also the smoked smell is there! The tempoyak ikan is nicely cooked and it is very impressive for us ! Highly recommended for their Nasi Tun Avek and Nasi Bario. Will come back again ! Price per person RM 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great place that serves various aborigine cuisine - such as babi salai, pangsuh babi etc. Enjoyed the sambal seafood and tampoyak fish. Also this place is opened on Sundays - great cause most other places that offer aborigine cuisine (such as kelabit / orang ulu food) closes on Sundays.

Overall food tasted fine. But service was horrible! We waited more than one hour for our food to be served, still couldn’t accept it took them more than one hour to cook a fried kueh tiao (at the end we cancelled it). Also served us TWO wrong meals. It was quiet hour around 3pm so can’t really accept this. Very bad experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
