Good food, amazing service. During the lunch time there are some very messy children, but kudos to the southeast asian leader who always stand up for them in a professional way and help with bettering the atmosphere. Great staff, I can see they are always having fun and working great as a team. Professional and they always keep the place clean when there are no orders. One of the better max in Gothenburg! I was absolutely starving, had not eaten since the day before and it was late afternoon. Overworked and completely red from the sun. Tried the drive through and the gentleman there was so nice. Told him it was my first time going through a drive through and he said I did perfectly fine, then proceeded to explain certain aspects I had no idea of. He pointed at where to park and then came out and hand delivered the food. He had given me the drink in advance, which was very appreciated because I was thirsty A-F. 10/10 perfect choice for working the drive through, so polite and so cheerful. We arrived at 22:15. The whole restaurant was super dirty we barely found a place to sit. Disappointing.

My wife was served chicken when ordering a Crispy no chicken meal. It was even wrapped in Crispy no chicken wrap paper and as the taste is so well imitated trust really becomes an issue here. I really hope this was a mistake and not intentionally! ☝️ I'll think twice before eating at Max again. 🤮

Surprised that they didnt have the wraps with hamburgers, which is my reason I like this chain. Therefore they didnt get the 5 stars. Otherwise the meals are high quality. Clean most of the time. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 400–500
