I like Max. It's good food, but I am not particularly fond of how they do not peel the top and bottom of the potato fries. I personally wouldn't do that if I were the CEO.

Unpleasant experience and attitude when ordering take-away at the counter yesterday evening. The shift leader may have had a bad day and was impatient when taking the order for my family (which takes time). When reading my receipt waiting for the food I noted him about a missing meal and a discounted shake. He was then arguing that I had not paid attention to his verbal order confirmation (which was very quick and hard to follow). It was not like I wanted the missing meal for free... A co-worker was listening and took the initiative to compensate me for the missing discount (15 SEK), which I appreciated as a customer. This resulted in the the team leader giving a verbal reprimand to the co-worker in front of me, my son and possible other guests. The burgers were fine, the fries take-away soft, but the shakes were unfortunately undrinkable with far too much syrup. Looking at the receipts today I felt I wasted my money with Max yesterday. I gave the Manager a call and can be compensated for the shakes...however he was not that interested in my main feedback about the attitude you expect as a customer and the behavior at a workplace.

Fast service and good food. Nice atmosphere inside and good lighting. I am very satisfied with my visit and will likely go again sometime.

The quality has gone down when it comes to the burgers. It's still leagues ahead of McDonalds. Recommendations: Lyxshake ; tastes amazing Cheese'n' bacon : really juice beef and bacon Chili cheese: careful it's warm maybe a bit hot Onion rings: really tasteful. What I don't like: Chicken Wings always fried longer then necessary. The pricetag the dip has. (If you're a member of the drive thru club you can get something extra each week when you buy your meal/-s at the drive thru).
