Totally loved Marzoni's! We were driving through the area and chanced upon this place after looking at the reviews. What a delight. The ambience was warm and wonderful. Our hostess and all the staff were really nice. Ordered the Crispy Brussel Sprouts and a make your own veggie pizza. Both were super fresh, juicy and really delicious. Definitely coming back every time we are around.

Thought I would try Marzonis again since we had a gift card. The service was terrible. Our server pretty much ignored our table. She apparently was having a lengthy conversation with her aunt and mother at the booth behind us. She even told us that's what she was doing. We didn't get refills on drinks when needed and I'm still waiting for the ranch dressing I ordered. We had to tell another employee to ask our server to wait on us. The drinks were messed up twice. Also realize that the price of things are on the rise but getting a bowl of mac and cheese two orders of wings and a hamburger shouldn't cost over $100.00. The beer was not good.

I have worked in food service for multiple years. This was my second visit to Marzoni's in Greenwood and the experience from the door was unprofessional and quite frankly embarrassing. The original host that greeted myself and my guests was incredibly rude, no personal skills, and instead of building sales for the restaurant was more focused on embarrassing the waitress we asked to sit with. The second host as we waited for a table, hearing her response to guests after telling them the wait time , "Oh you won't starve" the people turned around and walked out the door. It was embarrassing, I actually felt embarrassed for the company. This is the second time I have not only witnessed but have had "regulars" to Marzoni's speak to me at my position about being told they cannot sit with a specific waitress as she was not in rotation. The host's giving people a hard time asking for a specific waitress due to liking her or not. This is unacceptable behavior coming from the top down. Also, the greeter telling people they won't starve after giving them the wait time, yikes.

First visit to Marzonis & was beyond satisfied with food & service. The pricing for the portions, & quality was more than fair. I do not usually review, but this place 100% deserves it! We had Katie (sp?) as our waitress, she was very sweet & attentive. We had the seafood manicotti & stromboli.. will most definitely return!

Overall, the experience was good. The server was pleasant and professional. Made sure my family and I were always good or if we needed anything. Started off with bread sticks. Then we ordered pizza. Loved the sauce. Not to sweet , but just enough to be pleasant in taste and consistency. Had the chicken wing special that was $.65 and the wings were really good. Little on the spicy side for the kiddos, but over all really enjoyed them. Texture was good, crunchy, not burnt. Came with ranch, or blue cheese, with some celery sticks.
As far as the atmosphere goes, when you walk in, looking straight ahead, is the bake oven and kitchen, there was a what looked like a table for a guest to greet you. I would suggest fixing this, as it doesn’t look to attractive or pleasing. Followed by to the right is the bar and other places to sit. We where taken to the left side. Good space, but I think if there where more lights, that would help with the brightness of the space. Had an entrance from the golf course near by.
Overall, we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to find a descent place for food at a good price.

Boy I was stoked with the quality of our meals, but I got a Stromboli and the end was great but when I got home to eat my leftover boli I found that what I thought was cheese was raw dough...food was really good other than the raw dough I could get sick from...sad cuz I see recent reviews with same complaints with no remorse or apology...and being a restaurant owner I thought it was a little over priced considering they don't know how to properly cook dough....honestly tho it would have been delicious if it were properly cooked....hope I don't get salmonella
